Warehouse In Charge

We’re looking for a Warehouse In Charge to join our team in Sharjah, UAE.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations.
• Prepare and submit daily warehouse reports to the management.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock records.
• Coordinate receiving, storage, picking, and dispatch of goods.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile inventory discrepancies.
• Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse transactions.
• Supervise warehouse staff and allocate daily tasks.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the Procurement, Sales, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure timely delivery and receipt of materials.

✅ Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a Warehouse Supervisory or Warehouse In Charge role.
• Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management.
• Good leadership and team management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and ERP systems is preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
